What we use
We may use your name, email, phone number, delivery address, postcode, order details, payment status and customer-support messages. Payment providers process card details; Olive Oven receives payment status rather than your full card number.
Why we use it
We use information to take payment, prepare and deliver or hold your order for collection, provide order updates and support, prevent fraud, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
Remembering your details
If you choose “remember my details” at guest checkout, those contact and address details are stored in that browser on your device. You can remove them from My details. They are not a customer account.
Sharing and retention
We share only what is necessary with hosting, payment, communications and delivery-service providers used to fulfil the order, and with authorities where legally required. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting, dispute and legal requirements.
