Changes, cancellations and refunds

Call us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once made-to-order or perishable food preparation has started, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible.

If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged, unsafe or not as described, contact us promptly so we can investigate and offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times can vary. Your statutory rights are not affected.
